Position Summary
- Full-Stack AI Engineer to build, extend, and operate an Agentic AI platform end to end.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect the agentic AI platform to enterprise systems via MCP, A2A, APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
- Build agents, tools, and backend services for tool use, orchestration, memory, and action execution.
- Create data ingestion, retrieval, and grounding pipelines for structured/unstructured content.
- Develop lightweight user interfaces (chat), plus developer-facing SDKs/connectors.
- Ensure reliability and governance: observability, evaluation, security reviews, resilience, and supportability in regulated environments.
- Design secure/auth patterns (identity propagation, token handling, access control) and troubleshoot integration issues.
Required Qualifications
- BS (CS/IS/SE or related) or equivalent experience.
- Experience shipping production services in software/AI/platform engineering.
- Full-stack experience with Python and/or TypeScript (APIs + modern front-end/dev surfaces).
- Hands-on LLM/agent framework experience (tool calling, orchestration, RAG, prompting, evaluation).
- Enterprise API integration experience; familiarity with MCP/A2A and event-driven architecture.
- Authentication/authorization experience (OAuth, OIDC, SSO, service principals, secrets/token security).
- Strong communication and cross-domain problem solving.
Technical Skills
- LLM APIs, vector stores/embeddings, REST, webhooks, distributed systems, messaging, observability, CI/CD/testing.
Preferred Skills
- AI/agent platform integration; Microsoft/Azure AI; workflow orchestration; reusable connectors/SDKs.
Pay Range / Benefits (as stated)
- $166,640–$250,000 base; eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; medical/dental/vision, paid time off, educational assistance (incl. student loan repayment), commuting subsidy, 401(k), matching charitable donations.

- Hybrid (remote up to 2 days/week) or On-Site (5 days/week)
