Role Summary
- Principal User Experience Engineer for VaiDA (enterprise AI platform). Design and build polished, seamless interfaces for AI and multi-agent workflows used by 10,000+ employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-quality frontend experiences for VaiDA and AI-driven workflows.
- Lead UX engineering strategy and frontend architecture.
- Own interaction design and prototyping for user journeys and multi-agent experiences.
- Translate technical/data-rich capabilities into clear, intuitive, scalable interfaces.
- Create workflow visualizations to improve usability and user confidence.
- Partner with product, engineering, AI, and business stakeholders on user-centered solutions.
- Develop reusable UI patterns/components and design standards for enterprise scale.
- Prototype/validate quickly; advocate usability best practices; mentor engineers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (CS/HCI/Design/Engineering or related) or equivalent experience.
- Proven frontend/product/UX engineering experience; strong record building user-centered interfaces for complex apps.
- Ability to own interaction design and prototyping end-to-end.
- Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
- Cross-functional collaboration; balance user needs, constraints, and business goals; strong communication/problem-solving.
Technical Skills Required
- React/Angular, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
- UX prototyping (e.g., Figma), enterprise UI and scalable design systems, workflow visualization, performance optimization, reusable component-based architecture.
- Accessibility/inclusive design; collaboration with backend and AI/agent systems.
Preferred Skills
- AI-powered/conversational/multi-agent UX; AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Enterprise/platform experience; user research and product strategy; data-heavy workflow interfaces; design system governance at scale.
