High-value specifics include focus on cell & gene therapies, high-throughput screening, and AI-enabled workflows in a regulated environment. Work setup: Remote within the US with 10–15% travel to locations such as Spring House, PA; La Jolla, CA; and Cambridge, MA. Success is measured by enabling a connected, efficient, data-driven screening environment that accelerates candidate selection and scales innovative screening technologies.
