Role: Principal Developer for Oncology Data & AI Systems, focusing on building and optimizing an AI-ready data foundation for Oncology R&D. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end design and management of data products across clinical, pre-clinical, RWD, and omics platforms; develop scalable data pipelines; ensure data quality, governance, and interoperability; collaborate on creating a trusted, reusable AI-ready dataset ecosystem supporting advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI applications; translate scientific and operational needs into engineering solutions. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 5+ years in data engineering within healthcare or biotech industries; proficiency in Python, R, SQL, AWS (Redshift, Glue, Lambda); experience with relational, NoSQL, graph databases, and cloud platforms; strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams. Preferred: familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED, OMOP), high-dimensional data, MLOps, GenAI deployment, and imaging data.
