Role: Principal Developer, Oncology Data & AI Systems, focused on strengthening the AI-ready data foundation for Oncology R&D. Responsibilities include designing, building, and managing scalable data pipelines; harmonizing multi-modal R&D data across clinical, preclinical, and ‘omics platforms; and developing AI-enabled data ecosystems to accelerate scientific discovery and model development. The role entails translating scientific and operational needs into engineering solutions, ensuring data quality, governance, and interoperability per enterprise standards, and supporting advanced analytics, ML, and GenAI applications. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related; 5+ years in data engineering, with proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS); experience with relational, NoSQL, and graph data technologies; strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills. Preferred: familiarity with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7, CDISC), high-dimensional imaging data, and MLOps/GenAI deployment. The position is located onsite in Cambridge, MA; Spring House, PA; Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; or San Diego, CA, with up to 15% travel.
