Role: Principal Developer, Oncology Data & AI Systems, focused on establishing an AI-ready data foundation to support Oncology R&D efforts. Responsibilities: lead design, development, and lifecycle management of data products; integrate multi-modal R&D data (clinical, pre-clinical, โ€˜omics, RWD); partner with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact AI/ML use cases; develop scalable data pipelines using Python, R, SQL, and AWS; implement data quality, governance, and compliance frameworks aligned with FAIR principles; collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable advanced analytics and model deployment. Requirements: Bachelorโ€™s in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related; 5+ years in healthcare data engineering, with expertise in data modeling, cloud platforms (preferably AWS), and multi-technology data storage; proven experience with large-scale datasets, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and delivering scalable solutions. Preferred: familiarity with healthcare data standards (FHIR, CDISC), high-dimensional imaging data, MLOps, and GenAI deployment. Location: Cambridge, MA; Spring House, PA; Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; San Diego, CA (no remote); travel up to 15%. The role emphasizes enabling AI/ML applications across Oncology R&D, ensuring data interoperability, quality, and compliance for impactful scientific discovery.
