Role: Principal Developer, Oncology Data & AI Systems, focusing on enhancing the AI-ready data infrastructure for Oncology R&D. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end design, build, and management of scalable, high-quality data pipelines and products; integrate diverse R&D data sources—including clinical, preclinical, 'omics, and real-world data; collaborate across teams to develop an AI ecosystem that supports advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI applications; establish robust data governance and quality controls. Requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; 5+ years in data engineering with healthcare industry experience; proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and cloud platforms (preferably AWS); familiarity with relational, NoSQL, and knowledge graph data technologies; strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills; willingness to travel (<15%). Preferred: experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, SNOMED), high-dimensional data handling, and MLOps/GenAI deployment.
