Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with GD IT leadership to support the GD Digital Transformation Program, including overall program management.
- Support delivery of a GD Digital Transformation Program “use case” to improve efficiency and ways of working across GD.
- Develop frameworks to gather accurate, measurable requirements that dictate project outcomes.
- Build flexible processes and frameworks for waterfall and hybrid (agile) delivery methods.
- Collect GD IT operational metrics, analyze them, and develop action plans for improvement.
- Introduce new insights, approaches, solutions, and technologies for GD IT.
- Collaborate with GD IT agile Delivery & Operations and Data Enablement leads to ensure solutions are planned, accomplished, and improved.
- Provide direction on projects and technology products to manage user expectations, timelines, budget, and value realization.
- Work with GD functions and Corporate IT to manage enterprise systems, including adherence to standards and governance.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (BS/BA).
- 7+ years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical Global Development business capabilities, processes, applications, and key industry trends.
- Experience in one or more Clinical Development functions supporting IT: Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Global Patient Safety, Clinical Operations, Biostatistics & Data Management, Clinical Quality, etc.
- Strong business acumen and analytical expertise.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguity.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools (e.g., CoPilot) and building AI agents.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
- Experience with Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Strong track record in technology project, stakeholder, and budget management.
- Ability to coordinate, influence, and empower diverse teams.
- Experience with GXP/GCP and regulatory ICH 6 guidelines.
- Expertise with MS Office Suite.
