Principal Bioinformatician

Role: Principal Bioinformatician supporting early-stage drug development, focusing on translational research in cell therapy and immuno-oncology. Responsibilities: lead multi-omics data analyses (RNA-seq, TCR/BCR-seq, WGS/WES, proteomics, imaging, flow cytometry), identify and validate biomarkers (PD, response, prognostic), develop scalable bioinformatics pipelines (cloud-based), and contribute to regulatory documentation (INDs, IBs, clinical reports). Collaborate closely with translational scientists, clinical teams, CROs, and data infrastructure groups to translate computational insights into biological understanding. Requirements: PhD (5+ years) or MS (8+ years) in bioinformatics, computational biology, or related fields; strong expertise in bioinformatics, statistics, and biological sciences; proficiency in R, Python, Linux, workflow management, and cloud platforms. Preferred: experience in oncology, immunology, or gene/cell therapy. High-Value: focus on cell therapies (CAR-T, TCR-T, NK), multi-modality datasets, translational biomarker discovery, and sample analyses supporting mechanism-of-action and patient stratification.
