Primary Care High Value Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Drive sustained demand by expanding awareness, adoption, and utilization for High Value Primary Care customers outside existing territories through in-person and virtual engagements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership on expansion strategies; identify new market opportunities and refine business models.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand account penetration, optimize coverage, and maximize impact across assigned HCPs.
- Build and apply expertise in product, disease state, and market access to drive appropriate use; expand customer confidence and support peer development.
- Plan and execute national-level promotional programs to grow the portfolio and increase product adoption.
- Provide exceptional account management including marketing support, product access, reimbursement navigation, and on-label responses to medical inquiries.

Education/Experience/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3+ years successful biotech/pharmaceutical sales.
- Dermatology and startup experience a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Travel up to 50% within assigned geography (overnight required).

Compensation:
- Salary commensurate with industry experience; pay-for-performance with an incentive compensation plan.
