Role Summary

Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Immunology (TAS) Field - Phoenix North. The TAS is a critical field-based role focused on driving demand for BMS medicines, engaging Health Care Providers with a differentiated scientific dialogue, and delivering a high-quality Customer Experience (Cx) aligned with product labels and company values. The role requires 100% time in the field with external customers, building credibility with regional thought leaders and HCPs, and collaborating cross-functionally to meet business and patient needs.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner.
  • Demonstrates scientific expertise using approved resources to present information to HCPs with medical accuracy.
  • Collaborates with other field teams to ensure the best Customer Experience for HCPs.
  • Gathers and shares insights internally to enable better service to customers.

Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience in healthcare sales, MSL, HCP, or nursing role.
  • Ability to communicate scientific data accurately to help physicians serve patients.
  • Experience building credibility with key customers and delivering a differentiated Customer Experience.
  • Experience in Immunology required.
  • Strong account management, selling competencies, and track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as CE^3 to inform call plans and derive insights.
  • Legal driving eligibility and ability to operate a company-provided vehicle.
