Role Summary
Plasma Processor (Customer Service) at Grifols. Join an international team working to improve the future of healthcare and enhance the lives of millions of people through plasma-derived medicines and transfusion medicine.
Responsibilities
- Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
- Records weight of product and samples.
- Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within required timeframe.
- Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping box to send samples to the testing lab.
- Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
- Maintains active communication and quality.
Qualifications
- Required: High School diploma or GED.
- Required: Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Preferred: Superior customer service standards.

Education
- High School diploma or GED (required)
Additional Requirements
- Work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms.
- Exposure to extreme cold in plasma freezer; use of personal protective equipment.
- Physical demands include standing 4–6 hours per day, bending/twisting 1–2 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional walking 1–2 hours per day.
- Ability to listen to and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences; follow oral or written instructions.
