Role Summary
Plasma Processor (Customer Service) position at Grifols in Odessa, TX. Responsibilities
- Collects and processes donor samples for processing and testing.
- Records weight of product and samples.
- Labels samples and freezes units for final packing within the required timeframe.
- Packs units for final shipment; packs samples and prepares shipping boxes to send samples to the testing lab.
- Monitors stored products and reports working conditions of equipment.
- Maintains active communication and quality.

Additional Requirements
- Work is performed in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and potential exposure to infectious organisms; exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment; exposure to extreme cold (below 32°F) while working in a plasma freezer.
- Personal protective equipment such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold gear is required.
- Standing for 4 to 6 hours per day; bending and twisting neck and waist for 1-2 hours per day; frequent hand movement; fine motor control; may lift 15–50 lbs; may walk 1-2 hours per day; color perception and vision requirements; ability to follow oral or written instructions.
