Role: Plasma sample collection, processing, and storage technician supporting biopharma donor programs. Responsibilities: accurately collect, label, and store plasma samples per SOPs; ensure sterility using heat sealers; monitor and record equipment temperatures and calibrations; manage donor data entry; prepare shipments and disposal documentation; maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to HSE and OSHA policies; and support program policies, including hyperimmune initiatives if applicable. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 3 months experience in lab or warehouse environments or relevant education; ability to perform basic math; physical ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a fast-paced, potentially hazardous environment. Preferred skills include bilingual capabilities and flexibility to work overtime.
