Role Summary

The Plasma Process Data Analyst I/II performs data entry, reporting, and analysis of plasma yield and inventory data to support production planning and manufacturing decisions. The role involves preparing graphs, verifying production data, and identifying discrepancies and trends to improve yield and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains and generates a variety of reports (yield, trending, efficiency, KPIs)
  • Enters data into databases using software such as Bioman, SAP, Excel
  • Prepares graphs and verifies production data (yield, inventory)
  • Identifies discrepant data, yield trends, and problem yields
  • Reviews process orders to determine required components to meet production schedules
  • Maintains inventory of production supplies (gowning, lab coats, operating and cleaning supplies)
  • Prepares annual product reviews
  • May review Batch Production Records (BPRs) and SOPs for accuracy
  • Interacts with external vendors to secure components/supplies
  • Other duties as assigned (projects, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience; strong written and verbal communication; ability to analyze, proofread, and edit data; strong computer skills
  • Equivalency: Related experience or education may substitute for stated requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to analyze production data at various stages; interpret yield data
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; ability to detect inconsistencies and trends

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred

  • Job involves office and lab/manufacturing environment; exposure to biological fluids and PPE requirements
