Description Overview:
Leads, manages, and is accountable for the Manufacturing and Packaging operations at the Holland site, empowering team members to deliver high-quality, cost-competitive products through the Perrigo Work System (PWS), with a culture of 100% engagement, continuous improvement, and a zero-loss mindset.

Scope of the Role:
70% Strategic Leadership & Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement across Holland Manufacturing and Packaging through strong business partnership and operational leadership.
- Lead a matrixed organization of 150-500 employees; accountable for SQCPDP (Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity, Delivery, and People) KPIs and site improvement initiatives.
- Foster 100% employee engagement and ensure ownership, accountability, and decision-making at appropriate levels.
- Establish/support/ensure execution of PWS pillar objectives via cross-functional collaboration.
- Develop organizational capability through training, coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Create and execute robust project governance to achieve operational cost, productivity, and production objectives.
- Influence plant-wide operational performance and strategic priorities to deliver fiscal year objectives.

30% Operational Execution:
- Lead execution of Manufacturing and Packaging operations through direct and indirect leadership of production teams and matrixed support functions.
- Implement and govern operational standards to support Production Managers and cross-functional partners.
- Provide leadership and escalation management for people, process, equipment, and asset-related issues.
- Ensure work systems are executed as designed through coaching, teaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Drive daily operational coordination and communication across production, maintenance, and workforce planning.
- Lead standardized Gemba activities focused on Safety, Quality, Process, and People.
- Coach and develop 5-12 direct reports via servant leadership.

Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years management experience; 6+ years production environment experience (preferably cGMP).
- Excellent analytical skills; ability to interpret operating data (e.g., budget, safety/inspection reports).
- Effective communication skills (oral and written) and demonstrated leadership ability.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
