Pipeline Clinical Learning Lead

Role: Pipeline Clinical Learning Lead responsible for developing and executing scientific learning strategies for Johnson & Johnson's oncology pipeline assets. Responsibilities include translating complex clinical data into clear educational content, supporting pre-launch, launch, and post-approval phases, and preparing commercial and field medical teams through tailored training modules. The role involves cross-functional collaboration with clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory, and safety teams to ensure content accuracy, balance, and compliance, while managing multiple stakeholders and vendors in a regulated environment. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences or related field; 7+ years in pharma/biotech, with experience in clinical learning, medical affairs, or scientific communications; strong skills in interpreting clinical data, scientific writing, and stakeholder management. Preferred: Advanced degrees (PharmD, PhD, MD), oncology or immunology experience, and prior work supporting pipeline assets or launch readiness.
