Phlebotomist w/Testing

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and data entry at Labcorp's PAML site. Objectives: Provide high-quality specimen collection services, perform moderately complex testing as per CLIA, and ensure accurate documentation and customer service. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, process specimens, handle billing and administrative duties, and travel as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently; pass color blindness test; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English; previous Labcorp experience. WorkSetup: On-site in Hermiston OR, with some travel; schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30 am-4:30 pm, with additional hours and rotating Saturdays.
