Role: Phlebotomist Float responsible for blood collection across various patient age groups, specimen processing, and providing high-quality customer service at multiple Labcorp sites in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. Objectives: ensure accurate specimen collection, data entry, and administrative tasks while supporting flexible work hours and site coverage. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections, handle specimens, manage patient and specimen logs, and travel as needed. Requirements: at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience, California CPT license, strong customer service skills, reliable transportation, and flexibility to work varied hours including weekends. Preferred: 2+ years of experience, pediatric and geriatric experience, prior Labcorp employment, bilingual in English/Spanish, and ability to pass color blindness test.
