Phlebotomist- Float

Role: Float Phlebotomist providing blood collection services across multiple sites in Monmouth/Mercer County, NJ, primarily in a diagnostic laboratory setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws, process specimens, ensure accurate data entry, maintain patient and specimen logs, and deliver high-quality customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; 1+ year of phlebotomy experience or completion of an accredited training/certification program; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; ability to pass color blindness test; minimum age 21. Preferred: 2+ years experience and proven customer service skills.
