Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services within Labcorp's diagnostic testing framework. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, collect various specimen types, ensure accurate data entry, prepare samples for testing, and deliver excellent customer service. Additional duties include administrative tasks and potential travel to multiple sites. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist, obtained from an accredited agency. Skills: strong communication, customer service orientation, ability to work independently or collaboratively, and flexibility for overtime. High-Value: involves specimen collection for diagnostic testing, with opportunities for performance-based quarterly incentives; roles may be in Patient Service Centers or client sites. Work setup: primarily onsite in Monument, CO, with potential travel; schedule Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm, with possible additional hours.
