Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and specimen processing at Labcorp's patient service centers, client offices, or hospitals. Objectives include ensuring accurate blood draws and specimen management, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with licensing and quality standards. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen prep, data entry, billing support, and administrative duties. Requirements: WA State Phlebotomy license (MA-P) or application in process; 6+ months of experience preferred; strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently or in teams; flexibility for overtime. Work setup: on-site; schedule Monday to Friday with rotating Saturdays; potential for quarterly incentive bonus.
