Phlebotomist

Role: The position is for a Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing to support diagnostic testing and research. Responsibilities include performing venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, collecting various specimen types (e.g., drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests), accurate data entry, specimen preparation, maintaining logs, providing excellent customer service, and performing administrative tasks. The role may involve travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred candidates hold phlebotomy certification or have 3+ years of experience, especially in hormone testing. Skills include strong communication, customer service, ability to work independently, and flexibility for overtime. High-Value: Focus on specimen collection for diagnostic testing in a clinical or research setting; experience with hormone testing is a plus; working in a client office environment; potential for participation in a performance-based bonus program. Work setup: On-site in Gilbert, AZ, with possible travel; schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with additional hours as needed.
