Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing specimen collection, customer service, and administrative support in clinical or client settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws for all ages, collect specimens for various tests, accurately enter patient data, process specimens, and handle billing or payments. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training as a phlebotomist, or 3+ months of experience; proven customer service skills.
