Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing at Labcorp's Sparks, NV Patient Service Center. Objectives: deliver accurate, compassionate specimen collection and data entry to support diagnostic testing and healthcare decision-making. Responsibilities: venipuncture and capillary draws across age groups; specimen prep; data documentation; billing and customer service; travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: Nevada lab assistant license or application; strong communication skills; customer service experience; ability to work independently; flexible schedule including overtime. Preferred: ≥1 year phlebotomy experience; bilingual in English/Spanish; passing color blindness test. High-Value: clinical specimen collection, data accuracy, customer interaction; potential involvement in clinical diagnostics; patient-facing role. Work setup: Patient Service Center; travel required; schedule Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; benefits for ≥20 hrs/week.
