Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection and patient interaction in a clinical setting. Objectives include performing blood draws, specimen processing, and delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass data entry, specimen preparation, administrative tasks, and potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; phlebotomy certification or training; 6+ months experience preferred; ability to pass color blindness test; flexible schedule for overtime. Preferred: over one year of phlebotomy experience. High-Value: clinical specimen collection in a diagnostic lab environment; patient service focus; administrative and travel duties; working within a Patient Service Center. Work setup: on-site in Virginia Beach, VA, with travel as needed.
