Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, data entry, and specimen processing in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all ages, collect specimens for various tests, ensure accurate documentation, process billing, and maintain specimen logs. Provide high-quality customer service and perform administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or at least 3 months of experience; proven customer service skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently and pass a color blindness test. Preferred: 6+ months of phlebotomy experience. Work setup: On-site at Patient Service Center or client office, with schedule Mon-Fri 7:00am-4:00pm, rotating Saturdays; potential for overtime; flexible working arrangements.
