Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing services in a healthcare diagnostics setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimen prep, ensure accurate data entry, and deliver high-quality customer service; may assist with administrative tasks and travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in phlebotomy or 3+ months experience; proven customer service skills; reliable transportation; pass color blindness test. Preferred: prior LabCorp experience and 6+ months phlebotomy experience. High-Value: clinical diagnostics, specimen collection, customer-facing role, potential for growth within laboratory operations. Work Setup: onsite in Toms River, NJ, with some travel; schedule includes weekday hours and alternating Saturdays.
