Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and ensuring accurate patient data entry. Objectives include delivering high-quality specimen collection for diagnostic testing and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handling specimens for various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), managing specimen and patient logs, processing billing, and supporting administrative tasks. The role requires travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in phlebotomy or β‰₯6 months of experience; strong communication skills; ability to pass a color blindness test; flexibility for overtime; independent and team work capability.

Preferred: β‰₯1 year of phlebotomy experience.

High-Value: Focus on clinical specimen collection (blood), with prior experience or certification a plus. Role involves interaction with diverse patient populations, including all age groups, and may include handling various specimen types. Work schedule is Monday-Friday with rotating Saturday shifts, and travel may be required. Compensation ranges from $17.75 to $27.69 per hour, with benefits for employees working 20+ hours weekly.
