Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in clinical or laboratory settings. Objectives include ensuring accurate specimen collection, maintaining patient and specimen data, and delivering high-quality customer service. Responsibilities involve venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, specimen preparation, data entry, billing, and administrative duties, with potential travel to additional sites. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred certification or 3+ months experience as a Phlebotomist from an accredited agency; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; comfort working independently and flexible to overtime. WorkSetup: on-site at Portland, OR, with possible travel; shifts Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with overtime and rotating Saturdays.
