Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist specializing in plasma donation collection, ensuring safe and efficient donor procedures. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture, monitor pheresis process, troubleshoot equipment, record donor data, educate donors, and maintain safety protocols. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in a healthcare environment; ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds; familiarity with SOPs, FDA guidelines, and blood safety procedures. Preferred: completion of CSL Plasma DST training; bilingual skills; experience in medical or healthcare settings.
