Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in a clinical diagnostic setting. Objectives include providing high-quality patient service, accurate data entry, and specimen handling. Responsibilities encompass venipuncture, specimen preparation, administrative tasks, and occasional site travel. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; preferred 3+ months phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; ability to pass color blindness test; strong communication and customer service skills; flexibility for overtime.
