Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist at Labcorp's PAML division, providing blood collection services and specimen processing across various settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws, collect samples for diverse tests, manage patient data entry, process billing, and ensure specimen integrity; deliver excellent customer service and handle administrative tasks; travel as needed. Requirements: valid Washington State-issued Phlebotomy License or pending license application; strong customer service and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams; flexibility for overtime. Preferred: 1+ years of phlebotomy experience, prior Labcorp experience, pass color blindness test.
