Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient data entry, specimen processing, and providing customer service at Labcorp's Louisville location. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws across all ages, handle drug screens and other specialized tests, maintain accurate logs, and assist with administrative tasks; may involve travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma/GED, 1+ years of phlebotomy experience or certification from an accredited agency; excellent communication, customer service skills, reliable transportation, ability to work independently, pass color blindness test. Preferred: outpatient lab experience, prior phlebotomy certification.
