Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 6 months' experience as a phlebotomist or in healthcare; proficiency with blood collection procedures; ability to handle equipment and monitor donor safety. Preferred: experience with hyperimmune programs, bilingual skills, and prior CSL Plasma DST training. High-Value: role involves working in a blood/plasma donation setting, with exposure to biological hazards, requiring adherence to safety protocols, PPE use, and possibly extended hours or overtime. Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and manual dexterity. Work setup may involve on-site presence in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions, with physical, safety, and confidentiality considerations.
