Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, and patient service at Labcorp's Annapolis, MD location. Primary duties include venipuncture, specimen handling for various tests, data entry, billing, and maintaining specimen logs. Responsibilities extend to administrative tasks and providing high-quality customer service. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy, or 3+ months experience; ability to pass color blindness test; reliable transportation for site travel. Preferred: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience; flexibility to work overtime. High-Value: clinical laboratory support, patient interaction, specimen processing, and data accuracy.
