Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood and specimen collection services in a clinical or client setting, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining specimen integrity. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary collections for diverse patient groups; handle specimens for various tests; accurately enter patient data; process billing and payments; prepare samples for testing; maintain logs; support administrative tasks. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months experience; strong customer service skills; reliable transportation; ability to work independently; pass a color blindness test. Preferred: 6+ months phlebotomy experience.
