Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection and specimen processing in a diagnostic testing environment. Objectives include ensuring accurate sample collection across all age groups, maintaining specimen and patient data, and delivering excellent patient service. Responsibilities encompass performing venipuncture and capillary draws, processing specimens, data entry, billing, and administrative tasks. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED, certification or training in phlebotomy, or 1+ year of experience; strong customer service and communication skills; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime and travel. HighValue: Diagnostic laboratory setting, phlebotomy for various tests (drug screens, paternity, alcohol), working in Patient Service Centers or client sites, potential participation in performance bonuses, and benefits for 20+ hours/week. WorkSetup: Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-3:00 pm, rotating Saturdays, with travel as needed.
