Phlebotomist

Role: Plasma collection technician responsible for donor venipuncture, pheresis procedures, and plasma collection ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. Responsibilities: perform donor set-up, monitoring, and disconnect; evaluate vein performance; educate donors on plasma products and procedures; monitor donor reactions; record incidents and donor data; troubleshoot equipment; maintain a clean environment and ensure compliance with SOPs, FDA, HSE, OSHA; and support donor flow and sample collection. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; minimum 12 months experience in healthcare or related field preferred; California-specific requirements include certification as a Phlebotomy Technician I or RN license.
