Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist providing blood collection and specimen processing in clinical settings. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all ages, handle specimens for various tests, ensure accurate data entry and specimen preparation, and deliver excellent customer service. Also includes administrative duties and potential travel to additional sites. Requirements: high school diploma or GED; certification or training in phlebotomy from an accredited agency or 3+ months of experience; strong communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime; pass color blindness test. Preferred qualifications: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience.
