Phlebotomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for blood collection, specimen processing, data entry, and delivering customer service in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: perform venipuncture and capillary draws across all age groups, handle specimen preparation for testing, maintain accurate logs, and manage administrative tasks including billing and payments. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; certification or completed training from an accredited agency; able to pass a color blindness test; strong communication skills; customer service orientation; ability to work independently and collaboratively; flexible to work overtime. Preferred: prior Labcorp experience, 1+ years as a phlebotomist.
