Phlebortomist

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, data entry, and customer service at Labcorp's Manhattan Beach location. Objectives: perform blood draws across all ages, ensure accurate specimen processing, and provide high-quality patient interactions. Responsibilities: conduct venipuncture and capillary collections, handle specimens for various tests, maintain logs and billing, and travel to additional sites as needed. Requirements: high school diploma, California CPT license, 3+ months phlebotomy experience. Preferred: 1+ year experience, bilingual in Spanish, familiarity with Geriatric and Pediatric patients, prior Labcorp experience. High-Value: focus on specimen collection within diagnostic or drug testing, potential involvement in clinical or laboratory settings, and patient-facing duties. Work setup: on-site with some travel; flexible hours and overtime possible.
