Responsibilities:
- Deliver on corporate objectives for the assigned territory.
- Develop, evolve, and execute territory and account-level business plans with RBD and internal business partners.
- Recommend actions to eliminate/minimize barriers based on marketplace trends, opportunities/threats, and competitive information.
- Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact.
- Partner with RBD, Channel/Trade & Market Access Teams, and Sales Representatives to create territory strategies that ensure patient access to Xeris products.
- Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize ROI.
- Represent Xeris professionally to internal and external customers; foster trust by demonstrating commitment to advancing patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain relationships and regular communications with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training personnel to share information and implement initiatives/strategies.
- Take responsibility for ongoing professional development.
- Navigate complex, multi-layered accounts; communicate effectively using internal resources.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years in field commercial roles (sales representative, hospital representative, sales trainer, marketing) OR 5+ years in bioscience commercial roles (sales representative, hospital representative, sales training, marketing, regional account manager).
- Valid US state-issued driver’s license.
- Recent bioscience and/or diabetes experience highly desirable.
- Able to create and execute business plans; proficient with key data/metrics.
- Thrives in ambiguity; adaptable and asks questions to deepen understanding.
- Competencies: self-directed, organizational skills, verbal/written communication, time management, presentation, project management, problem solving, negotiation, influencer, adaptability.

Working conditions:
- Evening/weekend work as needed; travel at least 20%.
- Vehicle travel as necessary.

Compensation (if applicable):
- Anticipated base salary range: $85,000–$140,000.
