Oncology Territory Manager (Albany, NY)

Responsibilities:
- Account-based selling to healthcare providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in Lillyโ€™s portfolio.
- Serve as a credible expert/resource supporting all medicines and appropriate brand patients.
- Promote priority products across multiple HCP specialties.
- Understand and tailor territory strategy to grow and own business outcomes.
- Navigate payer/healthcare environment to influence key stakeholders; become trusted partners.
- Use business insight tools, data, and analytics to identify trends, priorities, opportunities, and obstacles.
- Implement new technologies, including integration of AI company-approved tools.
- Identify and advocate for opportunities to enhance customer experience.
- Use Lilly selling, competency, and account management models to elevate performance.
- Demonstrate learning agility on disease state, marketplace, clinical trials, and product label.
- Engage in patient-centered dialogues with customers.
- Drive consistent ways of working within the Regional Health Care Market; fully utilize the Virtual Medical Hub.
- Achieve targeted sales/execution metrics while following company policies and procedures.
- Own customer relationships for product promotion, on-label medical questions, and market access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by state.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license; acceptable driving record.
- Authorization to work in the United States full-time (Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas).

Additional Skills/Preferences:
- Oncology sales experience.
- Business ownership; selling/customer experience; execution/results.
- Account-based selling experience.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated; team-focused; emotionally intelligent.
- Bilingual skills as aligned with territory/customer needs.
- Residence within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
