Position: Territory Manager (Neuroscience/Alzheimer’s disease)
Responsibilities/Duties
- Drive complex brand strategies across the AD portfolio to create urgency for patient care across settings/specialties (neurologists, primary care, healthcare systems).
- Work compliantly across internal functions (Medical, Payer, Field Reimbursement); influence systems of care and identify referral networks.
- Manage accounts and promote the full portfolio across multiple specialties and healthcare systems.
- Use data-driven approaches/technologies to accelerate reach and scale and deliver business results.
- Support safe and effective infusion and infusion monitoring by ensuring stakeholders are trained/equipped.
- Build a healthy AD care ecosystem by identifying and influencing formal and informal referral networks.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification/license if required by the specific state.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the US full-time; Lilly does not sponsor work authorization/visas.
Preferred
- 3+ years in a field-facing role or relevant institutional healthcare account management.
- Reside in geography or within 30 miles (preferably no relocation).
- Local dialect proficiency; proven account-based selling performance.
- AD/Diagnostics/Neuroscience/Neurology experience; clinical background.
- Ability to comprehend/explain complex clinical studies; Buy & Bill experience.
- Strong analytics/strategic thinking; ability to synthesize complexity and execute action plans; resilience.
- MBA/advanced degree/certification (e.g., PET/CT technologist).
Benefits/Compensation (as stated)
- Anticipated wage: $102,000–$183,700; may be eligible for company bonus; comprehensive benefits (401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off/leave, well-being benefits).
