Role Summary

Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the Primary Care Team, focusing on launching a best-in-class hypertension asset in New Haven, Connecticut. Responsibilities include applying scientific capabilities to positively impact patient lives and delivering on AZ Selling Model within a Primary Care context.

Responsibilities

• Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and treatment guidelines.
• Effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.
• Execute call plans and Brand Strategy by translating data to actionable insights.
• Adapt to and demonstrate a thorough understanding of AZ Selling Model.
• Analyze data and trends to build insightful and actionable business plans for the assigned sales territory.
• Build relationships and credibility with Primary Care healthcare professionals to position products by identifying unmet needs, clinical differentiation, and balanced use of our brands.
• Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face-to-face engagements to drive meaningful customer interactions.
• Be open to guidance and seek insights for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor‚Äôs Degree
• Required: 0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
• Required: A valid driver‚Äôs license and safe driving record
• Preferred: Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
