Role Summary

As a Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist for the PC-CVRM Primary Care Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients’ lives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and demonstrate knowledge of clinical disease states and current treatment guidelines to effectively support healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate product information clearly and effectively to healthcare professionals, highlighting value and benefits of products.
  • Execute call plans and Brand Strategies by translating data to actionable insights, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities, support development of insightful and actionable business plans that effectively achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships and builds credibility with Primary Care healthcare professionals to effectively position products.
  • Leverage multiple channels including digital platforms and face to face engagements to drive meaningful customer interactions, increasing product awareness and facilitating adoption.
  • Collaborate effectively with territory teammates, district partners, and functional teams to enhance customer engagement and maximize sales efforts across the territory.
  • Adapt to and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the AZ Selling Model, ensuring alignment with organizational selling strategies.
  • Be open to receiving guidance and actively seek insights for personal and professional growth, continually enhancing sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree
  • Required: 0 - 2+ years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
  • Required: A valid driver‚Äôs license and safe driving record
  • Preferred: Experience selling to general practitioners (GPs) and primary care centers
  • Preferred: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry and primary care operations
  • Preferred: Live in geography
