About the Role
The GSK US Respiratory & Anti-Infectives Sales Professional is responsible for engaging physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products through compliant, face-to-face interactions aligned to approved indications and prescribing information.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales and market share growth for promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products via targeted, compliant, evidence-based customer engagement.
- Own territory business planning; analyze sales data and execute actions to meet goals.
- Develop dynamic call plans; collaborate with local territory colleagues to maximize reach and frequency.
- Build partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver in-services, educational programs, and sample distribution in accordance with FDA regulations and company policy.
- Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time (sample accountability, call reporting, eLearning, expense reporting).
- Comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS from an accredited institution.
- Valid driver’s license; driving is essential.
- Willingness to travel within the territory (occasional overnight/weekend).
- Grade 8: 2+ years pharmaceutical or business-to-business sales experience. Grade 7: 5+ years.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (based on location).
- Account management within local IDNs/large hospital systems.
- Respiratory/allergy (or other healthcare) sales experience.
- Managed care/formularies/prior authorization familiarity.
- Strong presentation/influencing/business planning skills.
- Self-starter; attention to detail; manage multiple priorities.
