Selling Skills / Customer Experience
- Dialogue agility: actively listen and adapt to verbal and non-verbal customer prompts.
- Medical integrity: demonstrate high learning agility to understand clinical information/disease state, the product portfolio, and the therapeutic marketplace; engage every member of an office/account.
- Promote the full product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue; use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.

Execution / Results
- Sales activity: use available business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals in alignment with internal policies/procedures and PhRMA code.
- Partner collaboration: collaborate with field and internal peers to create a coordinated, positive customer experience.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional certification/license required by specific state (if applicable).
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time (no visa sponsorship).

Additional Skills/Preferences
- 2+ years sales experience (pharma or non-pharma).
- Account-based selling; navigate complex integrated health systems; understand specialty pharmacy distribution.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion molecules in complex reimbursement; strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent, influential.
- Live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.

Benefits / Compensation (as stated)
- Anticipated base pay: $87,000–$159,500.
- Potential company bonus (FTEs).
