Lilly Dermatology Specialty Territory Manager β account-based selling to health care providers (HCPs) who prescribe and influence treatment for disease states in the Lilly dermatology portfolio (including dermatology practices and key hospital accounts such as dermatologists, dermatology fellows/educators, and internal medicine/family practice residents involved in dermatology rotations).
Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Understand territory and reimbursement landscape; use business insights tools to analyze and adapt.
- Account Management: Navigate the healthcare environment to understand accounts and impact key stakeholders; build trusted-partner relationships.
- Selling Skills/Customer Experience: Actively listen and adapt to verbal/non-verbal customer prompts; engage all office/account members using clinical/disease-state, portfolio, and marketplace knowledge.
- Promote the full product portfolio through patient-centered dialogue and use the selling model to identify appropriate patients.
- Sales Activity: Use business analytic resources to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals in accordance with internal policies and the PhRMA code.
- Partner Collaboration: Collaborate with field and internal peers to create a coordinated customer experience.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree.
- Professional certification/license as required by specific state.
- Valid US driverβs license and acceptable driving record.
- Authorized to work in the United States full-time.
Preferred/Additional Skills:
- 2+ years sales experience after undergraduate degree (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical); or other post-degree work/graduate degree.
- Account-based selling experience; strong ability to identify and engage staff in accounts.
- Experience navigating complex integrated health systems; specialty pharmacy distribution model understanding.
- Experience selling injectable/infusion products in complex reimbursement environments; cross-functional partner experience.
- Strong learning agility; self-motivated, team-focused, emotionally intelligent, influential.
- Live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.
Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $87,000β$159,500; eligible for company bonus (based on company/individual performance).
